The State Room is an intimate cocktail lounge offering a menu of seasonal small plates, consciously curated wines and beers from near and far, and uniquely crafted cocktails. Our menu is inspired by seasonality and the usage of responsibly sourced ingredients from nearby farms.
The State Room is seeking an individual who is experienced in the restaurant and customer service industries. We are a quickly growing company and this role has the potential for growth as our dining occupancy increases. The ideal candidate will exemplify all of the following:

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assisting/lending a hand to all front of house staff during service when necessary or during down time.
- Responding to all customer concerns, requests, and complaints in a timely, efficient, and orderly fashion.
- Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivates return business.
- Follows company systems and procedures adequately and efficiently.
- Maximizing revenue by organizing reservations and walk-ins in an efficient manner.
- Utilizes training documents to ensure proper steps of service.
- Follows and upholds all health department protocols and requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of restaurant experience.
- Familiarity or some knowledge with RESY reservation system or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity or some knowledge with Toast POS systems or a willingness to learn.

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)

Salary : $33,600 - $42,600
