The Station Burger Co. is looking for dependable, hardworking, and friendly individuals to join our team. As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest — whether you're on the grill, sandwich line, fryer, cashier, lemonade stand, or cleaning crew.
Position: Team Member
Location: Kentucky Oaks Mall, Paducah, KY
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible Hours | No Late Nights
What You’ll Do:
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Cook burgers, chicken, hot dogs, bologna, and grilled cheese to spec
- Follow portion control and Station procedures for seasoning and cooking
- Keep food areas clean, stocked, and rotated according to health codes
Sandwich Building & Order Assembly
- Build sandwiches accurately and efficiently according to ticket
- Ensure orders are complete and correct before sending them out
- Help restock sandwich and fry stations as needed
Cashier & Customer Service
- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and DoorDash orders
- Answer questions about the menu and help guests with special requests
Cleaning & Organization
- Follow cleaning procedures for all stations, including the grill, fryers, lemonade stand, bathrooms, and lobby
- Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain health and safety standards
- Take out trash, restock supplies, and help with nightly closing tasks
Lemonade & Ice Cream Station
- Prepare fresh-squeezed MikeyMike’s Lemonade using fun, engaging methods
- Serve ice cream cones, sundaes, and milkshakes with great presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and restocking of lemonade and dessert stations
Teamwork & Flexibility
- Step into any position when needed and stay productive during downtime
- Support other team members and communicate clearly throughout the shift
- Follow instructions from shift leaders and managers to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work quickly
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across different positions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is a plus
