What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Specialist position at The Steely Group?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
- MUST have had a sales quota in previous positions and measured on prescription growth.
- 100% virtual sales experience : outside of COVID 19-time frame. Someone who has experience building relationships completely virtually. Hybrid positions do not qualify.
- MUST have Pharmaceutical sales experience calling on one of the following specialties : Family practice, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, GI, Primary Care, OB-Gyn or Pulmonologists
- Must also have some inside sales experience or a very good reason for wanting to switch to inside sales. Just saying they don't want to travel anymore isn't good enough
- 75,000 base with commission on top
