As the Front Office Supervisor, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will set the pace of the arrival team. In this position, you will help lead our guest services team with checking-in/ out and any request they have during their stay.

Requirements
Lead the front desk team in guest relations. From appropriate guest greeting (with eye contact, smile and undivided attention) to the departure of the guest (including inquiring about their stay).
- Ensure efficient guest registration, check out and telephone service. Observe front desk agents and ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure, i.e., proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established and all posting, card transactions, account settlements and deposits are handled correctly.
- Observe and assist front desk agents and telephone attendants and ensure that their duties are completed professionally and with established policy and procedure.
Ensure follow through.
- Direct and train front desk staff and operators. Assist in new-hire and on-going training. Direct and assist front desk staff and in organizing breaks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and according to schedule.
- Arrive at workplace on time in full uniform prepared with tools and all equipment needed for service. Review current days expected arrivals and check all VIP and special request reservations to ensure that they are pre-registered, clocked properly and other departments are notified of room assignment. Review the daily room availability and inform staff. Check status of departures on a daily basis. Relay all pertinent information to the Front Office Manager, front desk agents, valet and the following shift supervisor
Relay information to Director of Operations, Director of Revenue Management and/or the General Manager as applicable to the situation.
- Ensure all necessary reports and forms are completed daily.
- Participate in the Manager on Duty program
- Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
