What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Manager position at The Stellar Group Inc?
Stellar is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Marketing Team to lead and execute the proposal development process for our Commercial Group. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing proposal strategies, plans and schedules, coordinating proposals from start to finish, consulting with subject matter experts, senior management, and other stakeholders, managing the proposal production process, including editing, formatting, proofreading, printing and packaging, and ensuring that proposals are responsive to the solicitation requirements, adhere to the company’s best practices and guidelines, and reflect the company’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, work well under tight deadlines, and be an excellent problem solver. At least 5 years of proposal development experience required, preferably in the Commercial space. Strong follow up skills and a proven track record of winning proposals for large, complex projects is a must.
