The Sterling Choice seeks a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing healthy snack production across multiple sites. Your expertise in process engineering, large-scale manufacturing equipment, and processes will be invaluable in improving food safety, quality, and efficiency while reducing waste.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real impact on production across multiple facilities. You will work closely with different teams – from Engineering to Quality Assurance – to cut waste, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth production.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Chemical, Biological, Mechanical, or Food Engineering (MS preferred), hands-on knowledge of process engineering, and strong communication skills. If you are a self-motivated individual with a data-driven approach and experience with tools like Minitab, Tableau, or similar, we would love to hear from you.
