Key Responsibilities
- Manage design-build project workflows, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Maintain high standards for project documentation, including design drawings, estimates, and specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate with various internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure projects meet specifications and company standards.
- Organize and lead team meetings to prioritize projects, track progress, and establish deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and provide support to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and review design documents, contracts, and construction details.
- Support administrative tasks related to project billing and reporting.
