As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our operations and manufacturing with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Operations will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, ensuring Greenbridge’s manufacturing and engineering operations align with our long-term growth strategy. This position will have oversight of multiple sites across the U.S. and globally, ensuring operational alignment and efficiency across Greenbridge’s international footprint. This individual will oversee production, engineering, safety, quality, and customer service, ensuring best-in-class operations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing—preferably in sustainable materials, plastics, or packaging. They will streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and build a high-performance culture while ensuring continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability remain top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic operational roadmap to support Greenbridge’s growth and sustainability goals.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to set operational priorities, streamline processes, and drive performance improvement.
- Lead Manufacturing and Engineering operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality production.
- Drive the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Identify and implement technology and automation solutions to improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency.
