Creative Media Manager

Location: In-Person - Berlin, CT
Job Type: Part-Time (16-20 hours weekly)

Role Overview
We are immediately seeking a creative and strategic Creative Media Manager to take
charge of our social media presence. This is a fast-paced role which involves a variety of
responsibilities. Time and project management is essential. You will be charged with
creating all video, photo, and graphic content for the company, along with scheduling
and management across all our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube). You will engage our growing audience of dealers across the nation, while
also driving awareness about our brand. You’ll work closely with our team to develop and
execute content strategies that resonate with generator dealers, managers, and sales
professionals.

Key Responsibilities
➔ Strategy: Develop and execute an organic social media content plan, aligning with
TSSG’s marketing and business goals.
➔ Platform Management: Oversee daily activity and scheduling on Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and
community building.
➔ Content Creation & Design: Create engaging graphics, visuals, and multimedia
content to support social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality
presentation.
➔ Video Production: Plan, record, and edit short-form and long-form video content (e.g.,
reels, shorts) to educate and engage our audience.
➔ Performance Analysis: Track key social metrics and optimize content based on
performance insights.
➔ Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and
discussions across channels.
➔ Collaboration: Work with the team to align social media efforts with broader
marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
➔ Holds or is currently pursuing a degree in communications, film, advertising, graphic
design, marketing, or some other related field.
➔ Knowledge of industry-standard software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
➔ Strong understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms, trends, and
current best practices.
➔ Experience with video production (scripting, filming, and editing) is a huge plus.
➔ Excellent graphic design skills, using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva
➔ Ability to analyze insights and quickly pivot content strategy.
➔ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
➔ Familiarity with different social media scheduling tools and Meta Business Suite.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
