Job Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager
- Oversee and manage the general ledger, financial statements, and reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
