Part-Time Bookkeeper/Auditor Needed – Missoula, MT
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage
Employment Type: Part-time (Weekends required)
We are a locally owned restaurant and casino in Missoula looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and organize office tasks efficiently.
- Secure all casino assets, including control of cash fund and inventories.
- Conduct audits of shift reports to ensure accuracy.
- Complete daily casino and restaurant paperwork, including daily reports.
- Prepare and submit bank deposits, subject to Manager's inspection and approval.
- Safely deliver bank deposit to the bank each day.
- Maintain casino safety standards.
- Notify the Manager in case of cash shortages.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be available to work weekends.
