We are growing and seeking passionate Outside Sales Representatives with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to expand our presence and support new and existing clients.
Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients in your territory, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with stone fabricators, designers, contractors, and builders, offering tailored solutions and building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the stone surfaces industry.
- Build and manage strong relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote our marble, granite, quartz, and other surface materials.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable materials and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a professional and consultative sales approach.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors in the natural and engineered stone segment.
- Maintain updated records in CRM, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the stone industry or related fields such as construction materials, interior design, or surfaces distribution.
- Knowledge of marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, or similar products is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and client-focused mindset.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for sales tracking and communication.
- Existing network in the stone, fabrication, or design industry is a major advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
