We are looking to hire a server who wants to be a part of The Strand House Team. While having at least two years of serving experience in a full-service upscale restaurant is a must, we are also looking for an individual who wants to join a tight-knit team and will grow with us. As a Server at The Strand House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for someone who is personable, courteous, and has a professional demeanor. We take pride in upholding the highest quality standards for guest service and fostering a cohesive and efficient food and beverage service team. Whether you want to keep serving, or grow into management, we are seeking someone with a genuine love for hospitality and finds happiness through making others happy. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule (weekend availability is a must), and we will do our best to be flexible with you as well. Experience:

• Fine Dining Serving: 2 years (Required)
• Extensive Food & Beverage Knowledge – Strong understanding of fine dining menus, wine pairings, spirits, and craft cocktails.
• Exceptional Guest Service Skills – Ability to anticipate guest needs, provide personalized service, and create a memorable dining experience.
• Professional Presentation – Maintains a polished appearance and adheres to high grooming standards.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate menu offerings, specials, and recommendations with confidence.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Proficiency – Experience handling transactions efficiently using various POS systems.
• Ability to Multitask & Work Under Pressure – Excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Adaptability & Teamwork – Works well with team members to ensure seamless service and adapts to changing guest preferences.
• Flexibility in Scheduling – Available to work days, weekends, and holidays as required.
