Key Responsibilities:

• Draft compelling Complaints for Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, and Family Law cases.
• Take charge of discovery, including crafting and responding to discovery requests and managing the process from start to finish.
• Lead motion practice efforts, including drafting and arguing motions in Court.
• Conducted in-depth legal research and produced persuasive memoranda and briefs.
• Collaborate closely with the firm’s attorneys to devise effective case strategies and deliver exceptional litigation support.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Business Law, Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, and Family Law.
• Outstanding legal research and writing skills with a proven ability to draft effective pleadings and motions.
• A track record of managing discovery and delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
