The Stretch Loft is looking for a highly organized Lead Management & Front Office Operations Assistant to join our team! This is a key role in our business, helping us deliver top-notch customer service and ensure seamless operations at our wellness studios.
Responsibilities:
• Set appointments and manage client bookings across multiple platforms
• Respond to all incoming calls, text messages, social media inquiries (including comments, direct messages, and mentions)
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requests and questions
• Maintain and manage communication logs
• Support social media engagement by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in overall front office operations
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in customer relationship management systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service driven
Work Details:
• 35-40 hours per week
• $22/hour plus incentives
• Location: Primarily at The Stretch Loft Riverdale or Lanham locations
