Summary :
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Administer Help Desk system, managing incidents and service requests.
Support and monitor IT help desk performance standards.
Ensure quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
Manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks to IT Help Desk Analysts.
Provide a consistent, responsive, and customer-focused IT support experience.
Assist in IT project implementation, from planning to completion.
Oversee cable plant management, license administration, and asset tracking.
Set up new workstations, process return merchandise authorizations, and update system hardware / software.
Maintain and distribute help desk metrics, technical documentation, and administrative records.
Provide user support, training, and issue resolution for system applications.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage IT equipment installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company IT security policies.
Maintain organized IT storage and workspaces.
Required Skills :
Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent with 3 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Active Directory (Windows Server 2022), and Microsoft 365.
Experience in cybersecurity / major incident response preferred.
Strong customer service, technical writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to lift / move up to 25 lbs. and sit for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel / work outside core hours as needed.
