JOB TITLE: Materials Coordinator
LOCATION: Marysville, WA
PAY RATE: $20-$30/hour

Summary:
- Manage parts and materials for aircraft interior manufacturing and installation.
- Ensure timely material delivery and coordinate with Planning, Stores, and Modification teams.
- Prioritize parts kits for technicians and maintain shop floor organization.
- Support shortage fulfillment and participate in parts status meetings.
- Address material discrepancies, AOG needs, and engineering revisions.
- Handle material pickups, deliveries, and contribute to reporting.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
- Forklift operation and valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to drive between Marysville and Moses Lake, WA.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, invoices, and safety documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance).
- Flexible schedule with potential travel.
Desired Skills:
- Aerospace industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with aerospace components preferred.
