JOB TITLE : Quality Engineer - Aerospace
LOCATION : Dallas, TX
PAY RATE : Up to $50 / hour

Job Details :
Contract Length : 6-9 Months (With potential for direct hire)
Weekend Day Shift | Thursday to Sunday | 4 - 10 Hour Shifts

Summary :
Perform inspections on composites, metals, systems, assemblies, and tooling.
Oversee critical processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Facilitate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) resolutions between Supplier and Client.
Partner with the supplier to ensure timely and accurate assembly deliveries.
Required Skills :
Aviation / Aerospace Experience is a MUST.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience in FAI, GD&T, airframe fabrication, assembly, and integration.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000, AS9100, FAA regulations, and industry standards.
Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems; CATIA V5 experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Desired Skills :
Proficiency in CMM, data analysis, CAD / CATIA, and ERP systems.
Experience in Inspection, NDT / NDI, FAI, and GD&T.
Leadership experience and strong analytical abilities.
