Summary :
Performs complex assembly fitting of detailparts and installation at high level productivity rate withinvarious manufacturing processes (i.
e. sealant fasteners electricharnessing and hydraulics). Assures parts assembly meets or exceedsspecifications.
Performscomplex assembly fitting of detail parts and structures andinstallation throughout varied drilling and riveting operationsunder limited to zero direct supervision.
Ensures parts / assembly meet or exceedrequirements.
Performsroutine and build tasks completion parameters as defined bymanagement (with 100% accuracy within or under predefinedtimeframe).
Completesfrequent special assignments and complex repairs.
Recommends solutions to a varietyof related problems of sophisticated scope andcomplexity.
Teams withother HACI associates in other functional areas to resolve stopwork issues to partner in NH Circle projects and to establish BestPractice methodologies.
May participate actively in the mentor program. Trainsothers to perform tasks.
Proactively keeps supervisor / lead up to date ontask / assignment status issues and / or delays.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.Supports the company 5S program (Sort Systematize
Shine Standardize and Sustain).Directs other on maintenance of the work area.
Participates and satisfactorilycompletes HACI certification eligibility requirements for internalaircraft process specifications and continuously meets recurrenttraining requirements.
Required Skills :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience or havedemonstrated knowledge skills and abilities to perform the abovementioned tasks.
A&Pand / or other related licensure highly desired.
Requires the use of arithmeticinstruments and blueprints.
Ability to read work orders blueprints and processspecifications to follow sequence of planned operations.
Ability to work in a constant stateof alertness and safe manner.
Advanced knowledge of the aircraft systems or componentsfunction.
Experienceworking directly with outside customers.
Exhibits teamwork and strong workethics.
Works withminimal supervision.
Ability to work overtime call in call back and on callduty if so requested by management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications(Word Excel Lotus Notes and PowerPoint) stronglypreferred.
Intermediateworking knowledge of SAP and TCM beginner level.
May be requested to travelnationally and internationally.
Must be travel credential restriction free.
PhysicalRequirements :
Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipmentoperational noise heatcolddust and / or aircraft equipment parts orfuel odors.
Incumbentsmay be required to stand sit squat walk bend move reach or stretchfor prolonged time periods with no restrictions as required by jobduties.
Work in a safeand professional manner while adhering to all regulatoryrequirements (FAA OSHA
DOT EPA State and Federal regulations etc.).
