Job Details :
Contract Length : 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary :
Performs the removal installation and fabrication of aircraft interiors including trim cabinetry carpet and panels ensuring compliance with company standards FAA regulations and customer expectations.
The role involves using tools interpreting blueprints maintaining safety standards and collaborating with team members to improve processes.
Required Skills :
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in application installation fabrication or related fields.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for interior installation / removal.
Physically capable of climbing ladders working in confined spaces and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Computer literacy and ability to use material tracking systems.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Desired Skills :
Aerospace industry experience.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement techniques.
Ability to create and use simple patterns for installation.
Experience with flight testing for aircraft certification and final phase testing.
