This role will be instrumental in enhancing our organization's learning culture, driving impactful internal communication strategies, and improving the overall employee experience.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Learning and Org Development: Program Design & Delivery: Develop, implement, and manage learning and development programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring they are accessible and impactful for all employees.
- Internal Communications: Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated, ensuring clarity and consistency across all messaging.
- Employee Experience: Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the development and delivery of engaging onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires, foster a positive employee experience, and set the foundation for long-term success.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in Learning and Development, Internal Communications, or Employee Experience roles, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies, instructional design, employee development best practices
- Proven experience developing and executing curriculum, roadmaps, and project plans
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), employee engagement tools, and internal communication platforms.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $30 to $36/hr (DOE)
Benefits include: health, dental, vision
Team member will accrue PTO and will earn 2 weeks or more in a 12 month period.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
