Are you an experienced Program Manager - Learning and Development with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Learning and Development to work in Redmond, WA.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage/Administrate CO I Learning in clients' corporate learning venues such as Viva Academy.
- Content management taxonomy (Effectivity and storage of formal training, hands-on activities, guides).
- Training completion and compliance reporting (Global completions for role-based learning paths, corporate compliance, and occupational safety requirements).
- Manage learner feedback (multiple levels) from training, learning paths, hands-on practical activities, and trainer curriculum feedback.
- Work with CO I Learning colleagues to create or integrate AI-based solutions for curriculum, feedback, gamification, and general learning and productivity solutions for the team and our customers.
- Manage CO I Learning repository of internal guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate CO I Learning globalization, localization, and translation plans efforts in partnership with the appropriate global translation teams and Curriculum Managers.
Qualifications:
- Information Management/Editing, Writing, Catalog Experience
- Training completion and compliance reporting with PowerBI
- LMS Administration
