The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. - Lead strategic direction and daily operations of the Hawkeye program, including global expansion strategies and implementation
- Manage relationships with American Red Cross leadership and stakeholders while overseeing certification processes for provider, instructor, and instructor-trainer levels
- Coordinate ARC Instructor Trainer Academies and mentorship programs, including development and delivery of First Aid, CPR, and AED training resources
- Design and implement scalable training solutions across platforms while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Amazon's requirements
- Lead and develop teams of ARC Instructor Trainers and program support staff across multiple regions
- Collaborate with WHS teams, Operations Excellence, Global Medical Health, and international teams to drive program success
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, and maintain quality control measures while establishing program standards and processes

Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, adult learning, or any safety-related field
- Management, Emergency Medical Services, Safety Training, Learning & Development, or equivalent studies
- Current American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor certification (minimum one year)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in facilitating large-scale training programs
- 2 years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Current American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED Instructor Trainer
- 2 years EMS experience in 911 system (EMT Basic, EMT paramedic)
- 2 years of experience in learning & development or safety training
- Experience with international program deployment
- Bilingual capabilities
- Previous experience with American Red Cross programs
- Background in workplace safety or emergency response training
