EAGLETS - Early Childhood Lead Teacher (three-year-old program)
(Full-time, 7:45 to 4pm, Monday through Friday)

Summit School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our team. Position Overview: As an Eaglets Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for one of our three-year-old classrooms. You will be collaborating in close partnership with your assistant teacher to ensure students You will play a pivotal role in shaping the first educational experience for our students. - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or a related field.
- A minimum of two years experience working in early childhood settings.
- Demonstrate a wide and deep knowledge of the development of young children.
- Experience of developing and implementing engaging learning experiences in an early childhood setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Excellent ability in written and spoken English.
- A demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate young children.
- Passion for fostering a sense of belonging, curiosity, play and learning.
Essential Functions:
- Regularly required to walk, including across uneven ground, talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed
