We are seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The Role:
The Office Administrator is routinely the first point of contact to the company and must convey a professional and positive company image to visitors and callers. This position will perform a variety of administrative duties including facilities management coordination of the corporate office. The Office Administrator will provide assistance to the Executive Team and must practice absolute confidentiality. Good judgment and strong ethics are required for all duties and for any other task assigned. This job posting is not inclusive of all duties.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere in the corporate office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct visitors.
- Coordinate building maintenance needs.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supply inventory.
- Maintain calendar for conference room and scheduling of meetings.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Team.
The Person:
The ideal candidate is someone who is pleasant with others on the job and exhibit a good-natured cooperative attitude. Must be punctual, highly reliable with proactive work ethic, organized and have the ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail, efficient time management capabilities, well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills and effective organization skills. The individual must have high energy and flexibility to support various departments within the corporate environment. Diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality must be practiced at all times. Exceeding internal/external customer expectations are of paramount importance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required;
Minimum of one (1) year preferably three (3) years related experience and/or training required.
Valid North Carolina Driver's License
Ability to hold a Notary Public License
