Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team at The SunScrubbers, a leader in premium home services. In this role, you will represent our brand by engaging with homeowners in their neighborhoods, introducing our range of exterior home services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel maintenance. Your goal will be to drive sales by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer interaction, strong sales skills, and a proactive attitude toward achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and Promote Services: Conduct door-to-door visits to educate potential customers about our home services, such as window cleaning, gutter maintenance, solar panel cleaning, and more.
- Lead Follow-Up: Utilize warm calling techniques to connect with leads generated from previous outreach efforts or referrals.
- Tailored Customer Solutions: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable services for their homes.
- Salesforce Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, provide estimates, and close sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to strategize on market approaches and improve outreach efforts.
- Market Insights: Share feedback on customer preferences and trends to help shape marketing strategies.
- Training Participation: Attend training sessions to deepen product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door, telemarketing, or service-based environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and warm calling techniques.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer relationships (preferred but not required).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales professionally.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and creating new opportunities.
