Pay rate of $16-$21 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

First Steps Teacher Responsibilities:
- Foster a safe and fun environment
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Document and share with families the important information in a child's day using our app
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 30 days in a licensed childcare setting
- Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!
