Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Manager to help with bookkeeping, employee benefits administration, insurance management, general data entry and various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for our hospitality, property management and construction divisions, including A/R, A/P, construction invoicing/job costing, etc.
- Enroll new hires into our 401k & health insurance programs and be the main point of contact for any requests from staff.
- Oversee and manage quarterly staff benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing including inputting new hires, PTO/PSL tracking, timecard changes etc.
- Oversee administrative aspects of recruiting, including writing and posting job ads and scheduling potential new-hire/manager interviews.
- Compile employment, wage and other data for all required reporting, such as workers compensation audits, general liability insurance insurance audits and so on.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- This position requires a resourceful individual with a high degree of independent initiative, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.
- Extremely proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, and ADP.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or work history which demonstrates aptitude in this field.
- Administration and/or bookkeeping experience.
- Strong business acumen with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- $45,000 to $60,000/year depending on experience
- 401k program employer match
