Position Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Manager to help with bookkeeping, employee benefits administration, insurance management, general data entry and various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for our hospitality, property management and construction divisions, including A/R, A/P, construction invoicing/job costing, etc.
  • Enroll new hires into our 401k & health insurance programs and be the main point of contact for any requests from staff.
  • Oversee and manage quarterly staff benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processing including inputting new hires, PTO/PSL tracking, timecard changes etc.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of recruiting, including writing and posting job ads and scheduling potential new-hire/manager interviews.
  • Compile employment, wage and other data for all required reporting, such as workers compensation audits, general liability insurance insurance audits and so on.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • This position requires a resourceful individual with a high degree of independent initiative, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Extremely proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, and ADP.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or work history which demonstrates aptitude in this field.
  • Administration and/or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong business acumen with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

  • $45,000 to $60,000/year depending on experience
  • 401k program employer match

Benefits:

  • Paid Time Off: We trust our salaried team members to effectively manage their own time. As such, we offer a flexible paid time off policy. If you are fulfilling your duties and the operation is running smoothly, you are welcome to take a reasonable amount of paid time off each year.
  • Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week on average. On occasion it will be necessary to manage time-sensitive matters during non-standard hours. It is expected that you will be present and available as necessary for the operation to run smoothly and to manage any time sensitive issues.
  • Health & Wellness: We will enroll you in Our Town Medical’s concierge medical program. While not a replacement for traditional health insurance, Our Town Medical provides immediate access to a long list of medical services and is located just steps from our office.
  • 401k: If you choose to join our 401k plan and maximize your contribution, we will make a matching contribution equal to 3.5% of your salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
