About Us:
Michael & Tera Svetlik, Realtors with Keller Williams Legacy Group Realty, are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing exceptional client support, and helping our business continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and transaction files.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media posts, email campaigns, and flyer distribution.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure a seamless real estate transaction process.
- Prepare and manage real estate documents and reports.
- Handle office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and managing office communication.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for open houses and community engagements.
- Follow up with clients and vendors to maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience preferred, ideally in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM software and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
