Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Administration & Fleet Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily office administration, manage fleet operations, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Management: Track fleet expenses, fuel usage, and budget optimization.
- Office Administration & Coordination: Maintain office supplies, oversee mail distribution, and coordinate uniform and screen printing needs.
- Event & Insurance Management: Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition.
Requirements
- Experience in office administration, fleet management, or operations (required).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).
Benefits
- Starting Pay: $55-60K
- Schedule: Monday β Friday, 6:30 AM β 3:00 PM
