Description :
As our Recruiting Lead , you'll take charge of managing and mentoring a team of recruiters while driving full-life cycle recruitment, especially for polygraph-cleared positions within the Intelligence Community (IC). You're organized, strategic, and hands-on, capable of both leading your team and personally recruiting critical roles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting processes, particularly targeting polygraph-cleared candidates.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align recruiting strategies with company goals.
- Oversee and actively participate in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Represent The Swift Group at career fairs, networking events, and in subcontractor meetings.
- Utilize ATS / CRM tools efficiently and maintain meticulous recruiting documentation.
- Bring creativity and innovation to our recruitment strategies and channels.

Pay Range : $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and / or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to : level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
