Responsibilities
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional guest services during the night shift, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Maintain security protocols throughout nighttime hours.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure continuity of service and information exchange.
- Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests.
- Experience with front desk operations and night audit procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with hotel management practices is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
