We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation meet our fine dining standards.
- Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing, cash handling, and payment transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Assist with banquet services as required, including setting up bars for events and serving drinks during functions.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers is essential for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math to manage tabs accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A friendly demeanor with strong sales skills to enhance guest experiences and promote menu items.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation.
