Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and lead the hiring process from start to finish among various corporate functions including Engineering, Sales, and Operations. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about seeking and connecting with top talent, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates, interviews, and hiring outcomes in the applicant tracking system via Paylocity.
  • Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and industry-specific events.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Leverage recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and data analytics to streamline processes and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership to implement equitable hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including scheduling orientations and addressing any pre-hire requirements.

Requirements : Required Skills :

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools (e.g., Paylocity, sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Skills to deliver a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Familiarity with technical and operational roles in industrial machinery manufacturing, such as mechanical engineers, machinists, production managers, and quality control specialists preferred.
  • Understanding of employment laws and labor regulations relevant to recruitment and hiring in manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with legal and company-specific hiring policies.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) : Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Three to five plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial machinery, or engineering industries.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with the Recruiting Module in Paylocity is highly desirable.
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche manufacturing job boards.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to align hiring processes with organizational goals.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree for highly qualified candidates.
  • Relocation :

    Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
