Candidates with strong communcation skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels
- Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or needs
- Identitfy the root cause of inquiries by asking pobing questions to determine the best solution
- Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world class service
