Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, with expertise in various installation and restoration tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration and mold remediation tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Install fixtures, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry with precision.
• Utilize CNC machinery for various installation projects as required.
• Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.

Experience

• Proven experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Strong skills in fixture installation, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in construction estimating is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
