Overview
Manage financial accounting operations, ensuring GL accuracy, revenue recognition, and compliance. Oversee monthly close, reporting, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal controls and policies.
Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Improve contract billing and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.
Drive process automation and system improvements.
Oversee revenue recognition and reconciliations.
Partner cross-functionally on financial processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA required).
10-15 years of accounting experience
- Contract business related experience including construction, government contracts, R&D contracts, or contract services/manufacturing preferred
Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP systems experience, and process improvement skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
