- TOTAL COMPENSATION = $132,000- $222,000, broken down as follows:
- Salary range – $90,000- $125,000
- Annual bonus (ROA Profit Sharing) of 36-70% over the past 5 years!! Just incredible.

The Environmental Engineer is responsible for leading the safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance for the division and maintaining compliance with all environmental programs (air, water, waste, radiation) including permitting and reporting.
You will maintain permitting and compliance with the site’s Title V air permit, oversee contractors, conduct environmental projects, track on-site waste generation, disposal, recycling, and energy use.
You will will play an integral role in the education and training of the team and promote continuous improvement. This role also requires working with and building relationships with Environmental Regulators, interpreting environmental regulations, and planning community outreach and education activities. This position will require some travel (Most likely once quarterly, with most of your work 50% in office and 50% in mill).
You must be also able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold SAFETY policies, practices procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Environmental fields.
- 5 years’ experience in an Engineering or Environmental related field.
- Experience in environmental compliance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with air permitting including Title V.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working with TCEQ regulations.
- Experience in air pollution, control operations, water treatment operations, hazardous waste or radiation safety.
- Experience in programs such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA regulations.
