How will your talents be utilized?

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation and operations of data

network connectivity and related services in support of a wide array of products and services. On a daily basis responsibilities will include :

• Maintain and support critical network components (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, and load balancers)
• Creates and manages project related designs, diagrams, approvals, implementations, and testing.
• Works closely with internal customers and external partner entities in support of creating designs and implementing projects to include technical and non-technical requirements.
• Manages operations of network systems components including complex troubleshooting, monitoring systems, performance metrics, documentation, testing, and change management.
• Manages component maintenance activities such such as version updates and renewals in support of operational requirements.
• Manages operational queues including incident assignments and reporting.
• Contribute to the documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base of the Enterprise Network Operations team.
• Follow change process and documentation requirements.
