Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience.
Duties
- Order entry from email, fax, and phone orders.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, etc.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services.
- Ability to "work as a team" in a dept. of 3 people along with outside sales, truck drivers, and shop managers.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in entry order and customer service is REQUIRED.
- Longevity in your previous jobs is REQUIRED.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering positive relationships with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
