SUMMARY :
The AP Apprentice will, under the supervision of the designated supervisor, gain on-the-job training to provide support to the staff of The Tatitlek Corporation and it’s subsidiaries. They will gain valuable knowledge in all accounting departments including Payroll, General Ledger, Projects, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The Program will incorporate professional development and educational learning objectives into their job duties helping them gain relevant work experience to position themselves to be employed by The Tatitlek Corporation upon graduation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PER SUB-DEPARTMENT :
Payroll :
- Review hours worked by examination of timesheets.
- Assist in processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple states and locations.
- Provide customer services to employees.
- Prepare leave audits.
Accounts Receivable / Projects :
