Tattoo Shop Front Desk Receptionist

We are a West Bank Tattoo Shop looking for a front desk receptionist to complement our close-knit team. We are looking for someone who has great energy with strong people skills, basic administration knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to): creating a professional and inviting atmosphere by helping clients to properly check in and out, answering phone calls, social media managing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop for our clients. Also, working with our artists to ensure the needs of the shop are met.

This position is separate from our artists, so this will not lead to a tattoo/piercing apprenticeship. A large portion of this position will requires you to maintain our shop's social media platforms

You must be at least 18 years of age!

Our ideal applicant will have a flexible schedule, adaptable personality, strong work ethic, and a passion for contributing to our growing brand. You must also possess the following qualities:

• Exceptional writing skills (English required, second language welcome)
• Knowledge of tattoo styles or the industry in general (welcome,not required)
• Administrative experience (welcome, not required)
• Ability to remain professional and composed in high-stress situations
• An eye for detail
• Strong fundamental skills (i.e problem solving, multi-tasking, operating with a sense of urgency, critical thinking, etc.)
• Basic Excel, and Gmail experience
• MUST BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA and have social media understanding.
• Must have own transportation
