Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company via phone, email and text to coordinate moving services.
- Manage outbound calling efforts to follow up with customers and gather feedback on services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure smooth logistics, and communication between drivers and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably in moving, storage or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
