Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Development Manager/ P2P Fundraiser with non-profit experience to join our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to engage donors and secure funding through various events (golf, marathons, professional groups)

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
• Manage donor relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Utilize software tools such as Raiser Edge and Salesforce for tracking donations and managing donor information.
• Oversee budgeting and revenue targets for fundraising initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Implement direct mail/email marketing campaigns to reach potential donors and keep current supporters informed.
• Leverage social media management skills to promote fundraising events and campaigns.
  
  

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in budgeting processes related to fundraising activities.
• Experience with donor management software.
• Strong social media management skills for outreach and engagement.
• Proven ability in research, particularly in identifying funding opportunities

Pay:$82,500.00 - $90,000.00
