In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing payroll weekly
- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy
- Calculation of payroll
- Ensure accurate payroll taxes
- Handle benefits and deductions
- Address and resolve payroll inquiries
- Manager portals for payroll and HR / benefits
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality .
- Onboarding etc.
- Support month end reporting and compensation reporting
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- 2 years payroll processing for 150 // Bachelors Degree // Bilingual (Spanish)
- Paylocity Experience Required
- Ability to be in the office daily
