Senior Care Leadership Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing team. As a Charge Nurse RN-Admissions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
About the Job:
- Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise and coach a team of nursing staff to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- CURRENT RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Admissions RN
- Minimum 1 year experience supervising RNs, LVNs, and CNAs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CURRENT CPR certification
