HR and Administrative Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a competent HR and Administrative Assistant to support our Executive department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information confidentially. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records (physical and electronic) and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Coordinate employee events and meetings, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information as needed.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide general administrative support such as managing correspondence, answering phones, and handling office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Executive department.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for Hotel Team Meetings.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the General Manager or other Executives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant administrative support experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
