What Youll Do :

Deliver in-home therapy for children, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills, in alignment with treatment plans.

Use play-based and functional activities to help children improve coordination, motor skills, and sensory regulation.

Tailor materials and methods to meet the individual needs of each child.

Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care .

Educate and train parents and caregivers to maximize progress.

Document sessions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What You Bring to the Team :

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Active Arizona licensure.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on family-centered care .

Relevant experience in pediatric home health therapy.
