What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-home therapy for children, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills, in alignment with treatment plans.
- Use play-based and functional activities to help children improve coordination, motor skills, and sensory regulation.
- Tailor materials and methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate and train parents and caregivers to maximize progress.
- Document sessions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Arizona licensure.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on family-centered care.
- Relevant experience in pediatric home health therapy.
