What You’ll Do:
- Conduct initial & final walkthroughs with contractors and customers.
- Keep homeowners informed & confident throughout the installation process.
- Balance field & office responsibilities, from managing materials to tracking progress.
- Oversee crews to ensure quality work and compliance with labor agreements.
- Document job site conditions with photos & reports for accuracy.
- Solve issues before they become problems – think quick, act fast!
- Maintain clear communication with installers, customers, and sales teams.
- Close the job the right way – finalize punch lists, collect payments, and secure referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2 years of experience in roofing, siding, or construction supervision.
✅ A leader who takes charge and holds teams accountable.
✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Tech-savvy – CRM experience preferred (Salesforce is a plus!).
✅ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
✅ Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
